Crafty Evenings

Hi there,

Let’s start off by wishing you all a very happy and creative 2016! I hope you enjoyed your (white?) Christmas and New Years Eve. For us here in Holland a white Winter is probably not going to happen – it is still very warm for this time of year, almost like Spring.

I think Winter time is the best time for crafting. Somehow crocheting is always better by candlelight, even though I can hardly tell what I’m doing πŸ˜‰ I absolutely love crocheting flowers in all sorts of variations and colors. Only, I have no clue what to do with them, apart from scanning and extracting them… I think they will probably end up in an art journal one day, or find their way onto a piece of my daughters’ clothing. For now I am content crocheting them, without thinking too much of the abundance of flowers clogging up our home. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Sorry, link expired. You can find this kit at Pixel ScrapperΒ HERE.

Thank you so much! I love using elements (crocheted pieces) on vests that I make and have even used them on outfits I have sewn for my daughter when she was young. Don’t let your little flowers go to waste, start using them! πŸ™‚ I can’t wait to use these in a layout, thank you again for sharing your talent, time and generosity with all of us.
